The first step when you’re looking for great customer service is to be sure to do business with a reputable company. Listen as we help you to make the best use of your time when advocating for great customer service.
Additional resources:
- Talking to a real human being can make things happen much quicker so check out: GetHuman and DialAHuman and look for the prompts to save you some time.
- If worse comes to worst, check with the appropriate regulatory agency: Consumer Protection Protection Bureau and OCC for financial matters, check with your state for insurance issues, and don’t forget the Better Business Bureau.
- And don’t forget to reach out via social media- we’ve found reaching out via Twitter is particularly effective!
