    Love the episode, y’all! My one quibble would be that, if anything, most data (Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, etc.) shows that Americans on average get about twice the amount of protein that they actually need—as opposed to not nearly enough, as Matt mentions. And too much isn’t just benign: it’s linked to kidney stones, all kinds of nasty stuff.
