… literally, we’re discussing why some of the brightest minds at Stanford University need just as much instruction for their money as the typical American. At such a competitive school, with one of the lowest acceptance rates, you’d think those students have everything figured out, but you’d be wrong! Our guest today, Adam Nash, is a personal finance enthusiast and adjunct lecturer at Stanford University. Here’s a link to the slides from Adam’s personal finance course. Today we cover topics like why he starts the course with behavioral finance and how prioritizing income over expenses can bring a traditionally dry subject to life. But beyond the classroom, Adam’s career spans roles at companies like Dropbox, eBay, and even Apple to name a few that we use daily. He’s currently serving as the CEO and co-founder of Daffy, which is a fintech platform centered around charitable giving.
